SHIPMENTS
1.-When do the shipments leave?
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (Spain time) are shipped the same day if your payment has been verified. NOTE: If your purchase contains "ON ORDER" products, your order will be shipped in 1 shipment only, when all is available.
2.-When will your order arrive?
-For shipments to mainland Spain there are the following shipping options:
a) Shipping in 24h-72h with GLS
b) Shipping 2:00 p.m. with GLS, national deliveries until 2:00 p.m. on the next business day.
c) REDUR España Peninsular 24-96h: REDUR is a transport by truck only for volume or heavy load orders, so you have to adapt to its delivery method (it does not go up to flats...). DELIVERY TIME 1- 4 days
d) Shipment with DB Schenker (with truck) for heavy and large products that require it. Delivery is in 4-6 days.
e) Shipment with TDN 24-96h (by truck) for heavy and large products that require it.
-For shipments to Portugal:
a) Shipping in 24h-72h with GLS
b) REDUR Portugal Peninsular 48-96h: Shipment (by truck) for heavy and large products that require it. Delivery is made in 2-4 days. A REDUR transports itself in trucks only for large volumes or heavy loads, so that it has to be adapted to the form of delivery (not on the floors...). DELIVERY TIME 2-4 days.
c) Shipment with TDN 48-96h (by truck) for heavy and large products that require it.
-For shipments to the Balearic Islands:
Shipping in 48h-72h with GLS
-For shipments to the Canary Islands:
GLS Canarias Sea Freight, delivery is made in 6-10 days. Our price includes export SAD and transportation costs. Import SAD and arrival taxes and charges are not included, they are paid by the customer.
-For shipments to European Union countries*:
a) Shipping with GLS, as it is an international shipment the transit days are 4-5 but some specific shipments may take one or two more days.
b) Shipment with DB Schenker (by truck) for heavy and large products that require it. Delivery is in 4-6 days.
3.-Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla
We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.
4.-Shipments within the EU
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands and the following EU countries: *Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
Malta and Greece: Professionals from Malta and Greece can buy if you generate a collection from our warehouse. In order to place your order, please contact us first and we will activate the option.
