1.-When do the shipments leave?

Orders made before 12:00 pm (now Spain) leave the same day if your payment has been verified. NOTE: If your purchase contains products "SOLD", your order will be shipped in 1 single shipment, when all is available.

2.-When will your order arrive?

-For shipments to Spain peninsula there are the following shipping options:

(a) 24h-72h shipment with GLS

b) Shipping 14:00h with GLS, national deliveries until 2:00 pm on the next day's work.

c) ONTIME: is a truck transport only for volume or heavy load orders, so you have to adapt to your delivery mode (do not go up to floors...). _

-For shipments to Portugal:

(a) 24h-72h shipment with GLS

(b) ONTIME: Shipping (with truck) for heavy and large-scale products that require it. Delivery takes place in 2-7 days.

-For shipments to Balearic Islands:

Delivery in 48h-72h with GLS

-For shipments to Canary Islands:

GLS Canarias Carga Marítimo, the delivery takes place in 6-10 days. Our price includes export DUA and transportation costs. The import DUA and taxes and arrival fees are not included, the customer pays them. (No refrigerators, large drawers, roof shops, awnings and other large products are shipped)

-For shipments to the european Union countries*:

(a) Shipping with GLS, as international transit days are 4-5 but some punctual shipments may take one or two more days.

(b) Delivery with CEVA for heavy and large products that require it. Delivery takes place in 4-10 days. (Belgium, Poland, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Denmark, France and Netherlands)

3.- Send to Ceuta and Melilla

We don't send Ceuta and Melilla.

4.- Ships within the EU

We make shipments to Spain Peninsular, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands and the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Sweden.
Malta and Greece: Professionals from Malta and Greece can buy if you generate a collection to our warehouse. In order to make the order contact us first and activate the option.
