The pulley is made of soft plastic material that protects the synthetic rope/wire from frictional damage. And the housing is steel

Recommended to double the force of the winches and to make the engine of the winch suffer much less .

-You can't use it to lift.

How it's used: You take out the cable, you run it through the pulley, and you plug it back into the car.
So you get the force times two, the winch it will run slower but it will get the car out of the most difficult situation.

We recommend always using the forward pulley to extend the life of the winch.
